1/4 cup of chilled Heart Juice, 1 (8-ounce) serving of low-fat blueberry yogurt, 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
Tropical Mango Smoothie
1/2 cup of pineapple juice, 1/4 cup of Heart Juice, 1 cup diced mango, 1 sliced banana, 2 teaspoons of fresh lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon grated and peeled fresh ginger, 3 ice cubes
Pineapple Orange Smoothie
1/2 cup of chilled Heart Juice, 1/4 cup of chilled orange juice, 1/4 cup of chilled carrot juice, 1 cup of pineapple chunks, 1/2 sliced banana
